I am postgraduate in Illustration by the Superior School of Art of Guimarães. I work the art with the aid of art therapy and meditation in order to enhance the creativity of each student, in an environment of well-being. I also give creative support in artistic projects. My methods are appropriate to the personality of each student's goals. I direct the trainees with the most formal artistic techniques and, if that is the goal, I work the creativity through techniques of mindfulness and relaxation.
