My name's Ajay, who has postgraduate master's in education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. I had a strong foundation in the Education discipline focusing on the cognitivist approach in learning, moving away from rote memorization. I had a specialization in teacher professional development, educational psychology, and social science education.
