I am a postgraduate viola student with over a decade of experience teaching violin, viola and other music related subjects. I am a professional performer with experience in orchestral, chamber, solo (classical), as well as jazz, folk, traditional Celtic, and rock.

My teaching method is bespoke for each pupil. I base my teaching from the Kodaly method of Music Education, which involves using sight, aural skills, and movement in learning. I have experience teaching all ages and levels of playing, and am able to teach more advanced pupils as well, looking to receive their GRADE 8 in ABRSM or other.

Details
I teach from the Carlton Studios in Glasgow City Centre, and my hourly rate is in accordance with the Musician's Union minimum requirement. Online lessons are discounted due to the omission of studio fees and travel costs. Booking lessons in blocks when purchased upfront is discounted further.
