About Patricia
I am certified in Chinese plantar reflexology since 2009; in sophrology since 2016 and I practice in office daily. I am also a trainer and coach in personal development; reflexology and sophrology for two years. I propose discovery workshops and trainings in both disciplines for which I am certified. Perfectly bilingual English, I can also give these courses in English.

I like to retransmit what I have learned and I live today from my passion: well being. I can work remotely (by internet) or face-to-face (within the limits of the Aquitaine region). My courses are aimed at different types of people: - therapists and wellness practitioners who want to have an additional tool - people who want to learn different techniques of well being for themselves or for the purpose of a change of life. The courses are active, participatory and with a documentation support that I provide.
