She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful.
She also pays individual attention to people in the class.
She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when I’ve over-extended.

This is Monidipa, from MI, USA. I started to practice yoga with Rituparna almost a year ago. I used to suffer from extreme body/joint aches, migraine, and some perimenopause symptoms. I have Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto. Medicine was not helping me to live a healthy life. Since I am practicing under her supervision my health issues have been resolved and my energy level is much higher than before. Also sleeping quality got better so my migraine is less. What I like about her, she always pays attention to the health issues, and according to that, she modifies her yoga posture. That worked for me perfectly. Her yoga sessions are kind of therapeutic to me. I would like to add she is open to discussing your challenges, I never feel pushed and rushed during practice.
