My teaching methodology follows a simple process. An hour of learning would look like:
-10 minutes active revision on last lesson without any book. Jot down everything you remember.
-35 minutes teaching of new topic. Video, Notes, PowerPoint , Exam Technique how answer specific questions etc.
-15 mins exam practice in exam conditions, practicing time management and exam technique while also remembering factual knowledge.
