About Lisa
I first began yoga at 23 and felt an immediate draw to the teaching.
Fourteen years later, that relationship continues as an anchor. I spent five months in the North of India immersing myself in yogic practices.
Two years later I returned to India for my official 200hr Hatha & Ashtanga Teaching Training. My practice continues beyond through Vipassana 10 day silent retreat, returning to volunteer.
I’ve taught groups in Melbourne & the Isle of Man.
I find private teaching particularly therapeutic with the client. I’d be pleased to support you, reach out to book or with any questions you may have.

Each 1:1 session is tailored to what will work best for you after a chat.
You can choose from three different approaches
Slow & Restore Yin
A gentle, grounding practice focused on holding each asana for 3-5 mins letting gravity do the work reconnecting with the body.
Flow and Strengthen
A more dynamic Hatha/Vinyassa practice to build strength, mobility, balance and energy.
Mind, body & Breath
A more therapeutic session combining gentle seated & laying movement. Breath (pranayama) We use breath to centre ourselves before moving into the body & guided meditation.
Sessions take place online via Zoom.
All you neeed is:
A yoga mat
Comfortable clothing
Water nearby
A quiet space where you can move comfortably.
