About Charlotte
I am currently undertaking my RIBA Part II accredited postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge. I hold a Architecture BSc with first class honours from UCL's Bartlett School of Architecture. Here I received the Bartlett Medal - awarded to the highest achieving graduates in the programme.
I have professional practice experience at Piercy and Co and Winch Design in London and OMA in New York. I have worked on mixed use projects for both commercial and private clients across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. I have also exhibited at the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale.
I am currently a part-time CAD supervisor at the University of Cambridge. Here I deliver group supervisions to undergraduate students in developing technical skills and realising their projects through AutoCAD, Rhino and the Adobe Suite. I have also previously worked as an advanced studies Architecture tutor for Bucksmore Education, University of Oxford. Here I provided lectures, practical workshops and portfolio development tutorials for incoming Architecture students.

I am available to help students with their university entry application, on-going undergraduate projects, or year out job applications.
I hope to develop confidence, provide knowledge, practical support and skills. I am very supportive and friendly and especially care that students enjoy learning - I want to nurture your love for Architecture!
Lessons are tailored to every students needs and abilities. Learning outcomes will be set out at the start of each lesson and progress will be reviewed at the end. Here is an example list of topics which can be covered:
1) University and job applications:
Offer advice on your CV, personal statement and deliver mock interviews to secure your place at university or a year out job. I can help structure your application portfolio and develop the content.
2) Design development:
Review your design project and provide feedback on concept, portfolio, technical strategies and offer guidance and references for the next stage.
3) Digital skills:
I can teach beginners to advanced in Auto CAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Suite, inc. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
4) Analogue skills:
I can teach architectural hand-drawing methods and refined physical model making techniques. We can focus on a particular set of drawings or models to improve the representation, quality and craft.
