About Helene
I have been teaching for several years. I mostly give lessons to kids as I love them, but I have also given several courses to adults.
I give lessons to students who wish to benefit from extra lessons (who are already registered at a music school) or those who wish to follow a particular course (e.g. preparation of a piece, preparation for a competition, or I can recommend a repertoire and exercises that correspond to the student's level).
I am a very attentive and patient teacher. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information ! I can speak both french and english.
Ps : Parents are invited to attend the classes, if they wish, to observe the progress of their child.

Hello :)
I'm currently a student at Glasgow's university as an exchange student (I'm half french and half british, and studying a Master's degree in performing arts).
I obtained my violin CEM (certificate of musical studies) at the conservatory of Clamart (near Paris) in 2016 and have given violin lessons since then.
I offer "support" lessons as well as private violin lessons for beginners as well as for more experienced violinists. I also offer "instrumental awakening" classes, possible from the age of 3, recommended before starting an instrument : Awakening children to music means first of all putting them in a musical bath : making them listen to music, singing with them, manipulating simple instruments, awakening all their senses to musical experiences. It enables children to better their speech and language, motricity, concentration...
My pedagogy is based on gentleness, patience and the pleasure of learning, my priority being to never put the student in a situation of failure or stress.
If necessary, solfeggio lessons will be included in the instrument lessons I give.
Children and adults are welcome!
