About Rhys

Bio: 1) 3 years of learning from NBA/WNBA/International personnel 2) 5 years+ skills and sporting development. Working with professional, international, and semi-pro players. In addition to running a youth basketball program (Over 250+ participants) 3) 7 years+ International basketball playing experience

About the lesson

I've spent the last 3 years working with the best professional in basketball and player development in the industry.

The duality system is a combination of this experience in conjunction with my own self taught basketball experience(7yrs+ international player).

I want to give children, young adults, and semi pro's the right kind of training that's usually reserved for professional's in their sport.
