About Lorraine

About the lesson

I’d never really thought yoga was for me because I’m quite stiff, but Lorraine made it feel completely accessible. She was so kind and supportive in the way she guided me, explaining clearly how to move and breathe. Everything felt easy to follow and it gave me the confidence to think “okay, maybe yoga IS for me."
