About Simona
I am an international long jumper and I have doing athletics for 20 years. I have specialised in the field of jumps and sprints mainly and I believe in the development of all talent. I have previously worked with junior athletes (kids 8 to 15), and more senior athletes as well. I focus on the details and make sure that each training is an improvement. I believe that with hard work everything can be achieved. And last but not least- everything always needs to be enjoyable!

A track session consists of a warm up, detailed technical work, main part and cool down.
All sessions are based on the levels and the needs of the client. Some may focus on sprints, others on jumps and rest could be strengthening.
We will discuss where you would like to focus on and then I will structure the sessions to your requirements.

Incredible energy and commitment! Simona is a professional and she took care of all my previous issues with my knees. She also gave me exercises to do in my own free time to improve on my knee stability. Like my own physio ! Highly recommend!
Simona has great work ethic and she is very serious about achieving the desired results! It has been really easy to communicate with her regarding any physical concerns that I may have. I am enjoying every session with her.
