About Colton
I am actively a professional hockey player with a club in Sweden, I spend my summer months at home in British Columbia. I have many years of experience in both athletics and academics, recently obtaining my bachelors of psychology while being a student athlete. My teaching approach is very interactive and personal, I want to be able to learn from my client as they are to learn from me.

My teaching methods are relaxed and comfortable, I like to follow a sort of co-counseling type of approach; where my client is to ask me just as many questions as I ask them. I want my sessions to be very interactive and back and forth, this way a strong relationship is built and the most positive results will be obtained.
