About Thomas
Art Studio Minor at UNM 2010. I have studied with some of the best artists in the world, am friends with some of the best, and followed on social media by some of the best. I’ve been a practicing professional for 15 years. Started off as illustrator from age 5 until 24, switched to oil at 24 years old. Integrated watercolor at 34 years old. I have taught both large audiences and small over the years. I have lived and painted all over the world; it is the one language that everyone understands and connects to. Let’s develop your fluency.

My lessons will be strictly on mechanics, techniques, and design. This is not a business course, strictly mastery of the art itself.
-For plein air artists and studio artists I’ll give you tools, direction, short term, medium, and long term goals.
-I am equally adept at watercolor media(acrylic, gouache, and water color) and oil, both in plein air and studio
-Fundamentals, brushes, colors choices and brands, special manipulating tools, and substrates will be discussed in depth.
-If you want to go to the next level, I got you.
