About Sthembele
I am Sithembele Jalubana from Bizana, spent 5yrs in bodybuilding and became a Boxer, former soccer player. I am 29 yrs old with all body muscles out and well built, I never used expensive diet and supplements but I listen to my body a lot. I have produced some personal trainers in most of the gymnasium I once joined around South Africa

I don't need a gymnasium to help you reach your body goals, your time and schedule is all I need. Body workouts build a well structured body more than weights do. I always say your diet plan is your bodybuilding, everyone trains but not everyone gains. Know your body goals and eat based on your plans and train beyond limitations
