About Rizwan
"Hello! I’m Rizwan Ahmed. I’m a Performance and Confidence Coach, but my background isn't in a traditional classroom, it’s in the 'engine room' of a global multinational giant.
I've worked for 17 years with one of the most global corporations in the world and spent a decade in Learning and Development with my corporate career culminating in me becoming one of a select few Master Facilitator Coaches and representing the UK&I for the business's Global Facilitator Advisory Board.
I am a firm believer in Theodore Roosevelt’s sentiment: 'Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.' For me, helping you find your professional voice and unshakeable confidence is work worth doing. I want to coach you to achieve '1% shifts' the marginal gains to help you achieve your goals.

I am a Professional Performance and Confidence Coach with a 17-year corporate pedigree.
As one of a select few Master Facilitator Coaches in the World, I worked at one of the most global corporations in the World. I help professionals and graduates bridge the gap between academic theory and the "Director level" authority needed to win the room. I work with C-Suite leaders to adult college students just starting their careers and everyone in between on the ladder.
My coaching style is defined by easy going, storytelling and creating a relaxed atmosphere. I believe real behavioural change doesn't happen in a stiff, formal lecture, it happens when we can dismantle complex barriers in a comfortable space.
