My teaching method is to give knowledge with a practical approach and make each teaching session as interactive as possible. My teaching philosophy is to make the content I teach more relatable. All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their own unique way. My role as a teacher is to foster a desire to learn. This is achieved by recognizing there are multiple learning styles. Therefore it is my duty to meet the students in their learning style. I use multiple methods of teaching (linguistic, visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to reach students, so that no one is left behind. I learn from students as much as they learn from me. One way I emphasize this philosophy in my classes is to incorporate regular feedback from students. By providing students with a safe environment in which they are free to express themselves, I give them a key to unlock their true potential. I want my students to be critical thinkers and combine logic with empathy to become independent, compassionate and lifelong learners.
I believe a classroom is about building a community. This is the environment in which students begin to learn their roles in society. It is my job to be a role model and show a good system of morals.
