About Santiago
I studied cooking in Empoli (Italy) and worked in the kitchens of the restaurant of the Hotel Michelangelo in Florence, I continued in the kitchens of El Espigón and Wagamama in Madrid before discovering my passion for teaching and culinary research. Now I work at the Research and Product Development department at Alsea, I teach in a Masters at UNIR and develope recipes for the QUÉ BIEN COMER blog. I have a masters in Food Safety from CESIF, training in nutrition from UNIR and I have collaborated as an editor in media such as National Geographic Traveler or CuidatePlus.
