About Alyssa
I run my own small business as a Pilates instructor and have taught dance for twelve years. My teaching experience runs the gamut from conservatory-trained dance students to absolute beginners. I have taught classes in New York City for Adult Ballet dancers who have very little to no experience in dance technique.
