Professional dancer with 15 years of experience on stage (including 10 within the Ballet National de Marseille), holder of the DE in contemporary dance, and Yoga Vinyasa 200H teacher certified Yoga Alliance.
Experience in teaching contemporary dance for all levels.

My classes are adapted to the level and objectives of each student.
I can give classes that are more focused on technique, or classes more focused on playful aspects, depending on the goal of the student and the group.
The floor barre classes are practiced with musical accompaniment, to work in a fun way and on the coordination and the sense of rhythm. This discipline combines stretching exercises and deep muscle strengthening, while remaining a gentle practice on the joints.
My contemporary dance classes are for students of all levels from 10 years of age, and I can also take care of individual preparation for dance competitions (modern and contemporary section).
My ballet classes are for students of all levels from 15 years of age.
