I use data analytics and gameplay analysis of individual players through all phases of their game and help identify areas they are good and bad at, and in liaison with them create a detailed and thorough plan that I will assist in undertaking to address our findings. I also inculcate professional attitude into every athlete and enhance their suitability to become professional players.
