My goal is to reach your goal.
I remember when I started my fitness journey. I was mad skinny, weighing 57/58 kilograms. I just wanted to gain muscle be toned, and so I changed my diet and spent 2 hours lifting weights. I managed to gain 20 kilos, all muscle, no fat.
I've done the same with over 1,200 of my students.
Self development is 25/8 constantly on my mind, that's why I low-key dislike parties and junk food. Because we all know about sowing what you reap.
