About Valentina
With 15 years of flute teaching experience and more than 150 students taught, I am committed to helping learners of all levels achieve their musical goals. I focus on technical skills such as breath control, tone, finger agility, and rhythm while fostering creativity and expressive playing.
Lessons are customised to each student’s learning style and objectives, ensuring steady progress and engagement. I also teach sight-reading, music theory, and performance preparation, providing a comprehensive musical foundation. My mission is to develop skilled, confident, and inspired flautists who enjoy every note they play.

My flute teaching methodology is designed to provide a flexible, collaborative, and supportive learning experience. I begin by understanding each student’s learning style and tailoring lessons to their individual pace, strengths, and musical interests. This ensures lessons are productive, engaging, and enjoyable.
Flexibility allows me to adjust exercises, repertoire, and practice methods according to the student’s goals and progress. Collaboration is emphasised through duets, ensemble practice, and group activities that strengthen confidence, musical expression, and teamwork. Positivity forms the foundation of every lesson, creating a motivating environment where students feel inspired to explore, experiment, and celebrate achievements.
In addition to flute instruction, I integrate music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic methodology balances technical skill development with creative expression, helping students develop into confident, expressive, and versatile musicians.
