About Benjith
I have been working in mobile application development for 9 years, starting as a junior developer and growing into a Team Lead role where I currently manage a team of developers and handle architecture decisions, client communication and end-to-end project delivery. Over the course of my career, I have built and shipped more than 20 production applications that are live on the App Store and Play Store and used by real people every day.
My core expertise is Flutter and Dart, and I have worked across a wide range of domains including healthcare, fintech, logistics and IoT. I have hands-on experience with clean architecture, state management using Riverpod and Provider, Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, Bluetooth integrations, payment gateways and CI/CD pipelines. I am not someone who learned Flutter from a course and started teaching. I learned it on the job, applied it in complex real-world projects and led other developers through it.
As a Team Lead I have mentored junior and mid-level developers, conducted code reviews and helped people grow in their careers. Teaching comes naturally to me because I genuinely enjoy breaking down complex things into something simple and practical. I believe the best way to learn development is by building real things, making real mistakes and understanding why things work the way they do.
I am patient, approachable and straightforward in the way I communicate. I will not overwhelm you with jargon or rush through topics. My goal is to make sure you actually understand what you are building and feel confident enough to carry it forward on your own.

My Teaching Approach:
I teach Flutter and mobile app development the way I wish someone had taught me, through real projects and not just theory. After 9 years of building and shipping more than 20 production applications across healthcare, fintech, logistics and IoT domains, I bring actual industry experience into every session rather than textbook explanations.
Teaching Techniques and Methods:
Every concept I teach is connected to a real world use case. Instead of explaining state management in isolation, we build a working feature together and understand why it matters in a live app. I follow a code along style where you type alongside me, make mistakes, debug them and understand why something works and not just that it works. I also share the shortcuts, patterns and architectural decisions I use daily as a Team Lead managing a team of developers.
Typical Class Structure:
Each session starts with a quick recap of what we covered previously and any doubts from your practice time. Then we move into the main topic with a live coding demonstration, followed by a hands-on exercise where you build it yourself while I guide you through it. We close every session with a summary and a small assignment to strengthen the concept before we meet next.
What Makes Me Different
Most Flutter tutors teach from documentation. I teach from production experience. I have handled CI/CD pipelines, managed App Store and Play Store releases, integrated payment gateways like Stripe and Razorpay, and built HIPAA compliant healthcare applications used by real users. That perspective, knowing what actually breaks in production and how senior developers think and make decisions, is something you will not find in a YouTube tutorial.
