As a yoga teacher, my approach is rooted in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals of all levels can embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being. Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I employ a student-centered approach, tailoring my instruction to the unique needs and abilities of each participant. Clear verbal cues, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance (when applicable) are integrated to ensure a thorough comprehension of each pose and its benefits. Usual Structure of a Class:
Typically, my classes begin with a centering moment and breath awareness, creating a mindful foundation for the practice. We then move through a well-thought-out sequence of asanas (postures), gradually building in intensity and complexity. Classes conclude with a soothing cool-down and a guided relaxation or meditation, promoting mental clarity and relaxation.
