About Karla Mae
I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with eight years of experience teaching both young children and older students. This has helped me understand how to adjust my teaching to suit different ages and learning needs. I create engaging and supportive lessons that help children improve their reading, writing, and speaking skills, while also encouraging them to think and express their ideas clearly. I use different strategies to make sure every child can learn comfortably, and I manage my classroom in a calm and positive way. I also enjoy using simple technology to make lessons more interesting and effective. Most importantly, I aim to create a warm and inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn, while building strong relationships with parents and colleagues to support each child’s overall growth.
