I've played violin professionally on stage and in the studio in multiple genres.
I pursue my teaching and performing schedule alongside my other consultancy work.

Before booking lessons, we’ll arrange a short 10 minute video call to discuss any questions and make sure we’re a good fit. Lessons can then be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.
I offer a FREE 30 minute no obligation consultation lesson, to help you decide if you want to continue lessons with myself.

Online and Face to Face
I offer both online and face to face piano lessons. I use a two camera setup to show different angles during lessons, making demonstrations clear and easy to follow. For online lessons, you only need a laptop or tablet with a webcam.
Students
I teach piano to students aged 7 and up, including adults. Lessons are available for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Each lesson is tailored to your interests, whether that is classical, jazz, pop, or other styles.
We can work towards ABRSM exams, learn your favourite pieces, or prepare for auditions.
Whether you are aiming to play professionally or simply want to enjoy learning piano, lessons are adapted to suit your goals. I also support music reading and general musicianship as part of your development.
My teaching philosophy
I believe enjoyment comes from making clear progress. I structure lessons so you can see improvement week to week, with accountability and optional practice plans.
I keep teaching straightforward and focused, using a mix of traditional methods and modern tools such as apps and video resources.

Details
Policies
• Discounted lesson packs are available, followed by 30 minute lessons, which tend to work best for consistency and progress.
• All students have access to 2 yearly performance classes.
• Lesson cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, the lesson can be rescheduled without charge.
• If there's a long period that you can't attend lessons, due to holidays for example, I'm also happy to work around this.
• For face to face lessons, parents of younger students are required to remain present for the full duration of the lesson.
• I cannot accept international students due to platform rules and financial regulations. Cross-region issues like internet connectivity and payment processing also affects lesson quality and reliability.
• I aim to respond to all messages from both prospective and current students within 24 hours.
