About Sonia
Hello my name is Ricardo, I'm a professional musician and am currently in two bands. I teach private classes to many different musicians who want to level up their guitar skills. I am a classically trained guitarist, and have plenty of experience with teaching beginner to advanced students. I have been playing and studying since the age of 10 and I'm now 33. I have lot's of experience and I'm looking to share my teaching passion with those who are willing to take on a new level of learning. I am also a session guitar player, so I have lot's of training in many different genres of music. Music is my life, I spend everyday listening and playing music. Let me share my love of music with you!

Since I started training at the age of ten I learned the value of patience and consistency. In order to be a great musician we need to have the will to learn. It's easy to get discouraged but one can not give up, you have to take it step by step. This way you start to build the foundational skills and create the memory and habits in your mind. The key to playing and learning is not forcing or rushing your learning. You have to trust the process and it helps to have a great teacher who makes it fun as well.
