Marissa is highly dedicated and determined to succeed in everything she does, regardless if it is on a basketball court or in a business environment. Marissa and I was met through basketball as teammates in Cyprus playing for the same team from the youth ages but I was couple years older. Always admiring her for the extra hours in the gym, practising with boys as extra practice and soon she make her way to the women's national League at her 17th year. As years passed, she started her professional career both at Coaching and Playing. Immediately she adapt and soon she was the role model for many kids especially for girls (being of the leaders of her women team as much of the women's national team also) ,she was participate in all summer development camps under the well known Coach Manouselis especially as demonstrator of Ball handling and finishing drills which her skills overcome most of men can do in a professional level. She guided the u12s and u10s team as she also practice with older girls individually helping them grow their game,and their desicion making and some of them join soon enough the women's team.
As a highlight I remembered at her 18th year playing womens final guiding her team against best women team in country. She failed but only to come back couple of years later to won the double against them as one of league top scorers and the top defender.
I strongly recommend Marissa as an Individual Basketball Trainer for her well discipline character, her work ethic, for her amazing skills in every individual basketball skills especially Defense, Ball handling, Scoring and Reading plays . Her innovative way to train young athletes has something special to give than hardly you can find.
