I have been teaching since I was 14 and have taught hundreds of pupils over the years. I studied at Chetham's School of Music followed by the RNCM. I have performed regularly with the BBC Philharmonic since 2004

I keep lessons and learning interesting by having new material every couple of weeks, with a mixture of styles. I'm enthusiastic and love building a rapport with students, many of whom have been very successful in their ABRSM exams.

Details
30 minute lessons are ideal for most. The recommended rate is £36 per hour/£16 per half hour, so I have reduced that slightly while the lessons are online. My rates are as stated regardless of the standard. A more advanced student will require a 45 minute if not 1 hour lessons. I charge a cancellation fee if the lesson cannot be rearranged. I'm agreeable to rearranging where possible
