About Michele
Hi! My name is Michele Metzger. I began playing the violin since I was 8 years old. I am graduate of The University of Georgia class of 2018. While studying at UGA, I was a member of The Philharmonic Orchestra. This experience helped me grow as a musician. Shortly after graduation, I began playing professionally at weddings, birthdays, events, etc. Now I am embarking on teaching the violin to students of all ages.

My approach to teaching violin to students is very traditional. I cater to younger beginners who are just starting out. I incorporate music theory as well as technical and practical playing techniques. Students will learn how to handle and play the instrument with weekly lesson plans and homework. I will require the Suzuki method books depending on the students level.
