My name is Jaspreet Mahal, and I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT support, data analysis, and operations management. I hold a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Business Analytics from Douglas College and have earned certifications from IBM, Microsoft, and NPower Canada, equipping me with modern skills in data, mathematics, science, physical education, arts, and know languages like Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
