About Lori
The most important thing to know about me is I am a writer. For more than 25 years, I have made a living writing. From newspapers to magazine articles to essays to fiction novels, I have written them all. My wide experience as a writer means I can help you with practical tips and tricks that make you a better writer.
In addition, I have more than five years of experience as a middle and high school English and writing teacher. I know how to engage with students and tailor writing lessons to each student's interests and abilities.
I have coached a variety of students in writing their college entrance and scholarship essays, helping students get into their college of choice (including Ivy League and professional schools) and fund their college aspirations through full-ride and partial scholarships.
