About Cindy
I am a dietitian nutritionist since 2014, I quickly evolved as such in the world of organic. I regularly organize nutrition workshops to convey information in a user-friendly way. I trained in yoga in India, and finally graduated from Yoga Therapy (200H Yoga Alliance) in Varkala. Back in France, I enriched my skills through additional training with Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet, including postural yoga and pre / post natal yoga.

I organize my sessions really according to your capacities and needs, the session begins with a song in Sanskrit to set the mood and a sequence of postures that can be coupled with breathing exercises. I accompany you for each posture to respect the alignments of the body and allow you to progress while respecting his body. Therapeutic yoga adapts to pathologies and I even have the habit of working with great beginners, flexibility is absolutely no obstacle to practice contrary to popular belief!
