About Victor
My interest in programming began with a fascination for how logical structures could produce practical applications. This curiosity led me to complete a B.Sc in Information Technology and an M.Sc in Computer Science, providing a solid foundation in software development, algorithms, and data analysis. Over 10 years, I have guided students of different levels to develop programming proficiency, computational thinking, and problem-solving confidence.
I prioritize a student-centered teaching approach that adapts to individual learning styles, combining visual explanations, step-by-step guidance, interactive projects, and reflective discussion. I emphasize understanding over memorization, encouraging students to ask questions, experiment, and think independently, cultivating a growth-oriented mindset and resilience in problem-solving.
Outside teaching, I continuously engage with emerging technologies, personal coding projects, and professional development in programming. Integrating contemporary tools and real-world examples into lessons ensures relevance and engagement. Witnessing students transform curiosity into skill, confidence, and creativity remains my greatest reward, motivating me to continue fostering growth in each learner’s programming journey.
