About Mrinal
I believe in Holistic Learning. Course will be curated as per the expectation and requirement of the student. Vision and Roadmap will be decided after mutual consultation. My objective is to impart value at the end of my course. It would involve Grammer at various level as per the requirement. There will be a lot of speaking and writing and off course exams as well to check the progress iteratively. Last but not the least there will be an implementation phase where we have lot of fun while learning in the form of various events, games, conversation, icebreakers and community learning. Expectation is to make a difference and create an atmosphere of learning.

My approach is holistic. I need to judge the requirement and then curate the right curriculum. It has to start with Grammer as foundation and then get into various levels of complexity based on student's expectation.Sessions need to be interactive followed by examination on regular intervals. Last but not the least, there has to be some projects/activities to deliver some value towards the end.
