I studied Mexican gastronomy because I am passionate about my culture and traditions; In Mexico we say "love you" through food, for something we are one of the 4 kitchens considered intangible heritage of humanity.
Teaching is another thing that I am passionate about, I think the best way to leave a mark in this world is to share your knowledge. I will be happy to share them with you.

I offer you face-to-face classes during my stay since in addition to having all the necessary means for a correct and didactic class, you will find yourself in an environment disconnected from the hustle and bustle and you will enjoy a tasting of your preparations.
