My teaching method is being a meditation teacher,its all sitting posture for some hour,but first postures then focus on different kind of breathing techniques ,then I will instruct step by step,includes seven common pranayam also,then motivation lectures,self hypnosis,enter the sub conscious mind,how to enter,what to do in particular situations in life.As happiness depend on inside not outside as our scriptures say,so I focus mostly in inner techniques rather than exercises.So that we can happy always.
