About Ria
I am a social science fanatic with a deep understanding of the impacts such subjects have. I find teaching to be highly rewarding and I love seeing students’ subject knowledge develop. I believe that psychology and sociology are incredibly important subjects to study in society today.

My personal approach to tutoring is student-led. I believe that teaching/learning should be a collaboration. I am open to adapting to the needs of the student and I am great at identifying what areas need developing. I also believe in teaching to the top. High ambitions for all attainment levels is what leads to success. Additionally, I am well-versed in how cognitive science is involved in learning and consistently use my psychology background in my teaching practice to avoid overloading students.
