About Kristen
Hi, I'm Kristen! I have a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature, and I am one credit shy of receiving a Master's degree in the same field. I've had six short stories and four poems published in literary journals, and I've worked on the staff of two literary journals. Additionally, I have several years' experience tutoring English to students and professionals alike.

While I can teach grammar, literature, and other areas of English, writing is my love. Essay writing, creative writing, technical writing... You won't find anyone else who has dedicated more of their time to the craft as a whole. No matter the topic you're writing about, I can promise excitement for your project and a heartfelt desire to help you make it the best it can be. If you know what you'd like to look at specifically, that's great! I can help you in that area! But if you aren't sure where your piece of writing needs help, that's fine too. I like to do a read-through of what we'll be working on first, and from there, I can make suggestions based on what I think needs to be addressed first. From there, we'll work together on my suggestions, building a framework of knowledge of tools that you can continue to use to improve your writing.
