As an English Literature Major I have a strong passion and a connection with all things Reading and Writing. As an aspiring Teacher who is receiving their Master's in Education I bring a level of confidence and tact to my teaching style.

I approach every lesson from the perspective of my own self, 15 years ago, not wanting anything to do with English Lit. From this side of the aisle I can focus on the elements of Reading and Writing that eventually inspired me in hopes that I can inspire the same love and appreciation I have for Literature now, into those I teach. A typical Lesson Plan with me will consist of a few key elements. -Establish Areas of Interest/Disinterest -Individualize the learning template. Not everyone learns the same, so I like to identify which Intelligence style the student has and work from there. -Work through Problems together. What sets me apart? I have a Bachelor's in English Lit, I am a published Author and Poet and I am currently receiving my Master's in Education. I have a passion for all things education and writing and I carry that passion with me to every student I interact with. My lessons are for anyone ages 1st-12th Grade. -And for Resume Prep tutoring they are for anyone. I have nearly a decade in the corporate world working for Google, and I have interviewed and hired hundreds of individuals over that time.
