About Cecilie
I am a 3rd year psychology student hoping to study coaching in the future. I’ve completed a coaching module and read several book on relevant topics. I am also an international student who came to the U.K. to study and didn’t experience much peer support in terms of the cultural shock. I’ve found a way to gain more confidence and time-management and I would like to offer my experience to others who find themselves to go through a difficult time too. I’m very flexible and open to meet new people who are ready to make a positive change and achieve their goals.

My favourable coaching approach is a solution focused therapy (brief therapy), using GROW model (goal, reality, options, way forward) as a method that helps to recognise the goal and potential of the individual working with me. I am also opened to Narrative theory which I would approach by implementing tools such Tree of life.
