I’ve always been passionate about inspiring students—largely because I was lucky enough to have a teacher who once instilled that same confidence in me! That experience shaped the way I teach today. I believe that every student has potential, and my goal is to help you realize yours through encouragement, patience, and consistent support. I bring a calm, friendly, and flexible approach to lessons. I know that learning can feel overwhelming at times, so I work with you—without unnecessary pressure—to create a space where you can grow in confidence and skill. That said, I also believe in pushing you to achieve your best, helping you aim higher while keeping things manageable and motivating. I enjoy using humor, real-world examples, and tailored resources to make lessons engaging and relevant. Whether you're preparing for exams, improving your writing, or working on fluency, I will adapt my teaching to meet your specific needs and learning style. With over five years of experience teaching English in both the UK and UAE, I bring a high level of professionalism, subject expertise, and international perspective to every tutoring session. I have taught students aged 11 to 18 across a range of pathways, including GCSE, A-Level, IB, and ESL, and have a proven track record of helping learners improve their grades, develop academic confidence, and achieve long-term success. My lessons are carefully structured yet flexible, always tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student. Whether you're aiming for top exam results, looking to strengthen your writing, or hoping to improve your spoken English, I offer clear, supportive guidance every step of the way. I work with students to build their analytical thinking, written communication, and independent study skills—all while making learning engaging and purposeful. I hold a degree in English Literature and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), and I'm fully trained in the UK curriculum as well as experienced with international standards. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and include a mix of explanation, discussion, practice tasks, and personalized feedback. I work with: KS3, GCSE, A-Level and IB English students ESL learners seeking to build fluency and confidence Students preparing for exams or seeking support with coursework and assessments You're in safe, experienced hands.
