About Pauline
Hello!
I'm Pauline, French teacher, qualified to teach French & English to all levels from year 8 to year 13.
I was an English teacher for 3 years in France before coming to the UK and used to teach French in the UK for a year.
I have given language lessons for years in France and in England.

During my classes, I make sure we communicate in French as much as possible adapting the conversation to your current level and adding more and more complicated words and expressions to enrich your vocabulary.
My methodology is focus on putting you in real-life situations as a language is, ultimately, a way to communicate.
I used to be a French teacher in the UK for a year and an English teacher in France for 3 years so I know what materials is impactful and help students to progress.
English:
I was a qualified English teacher in France for 3 years before coming to the UK. I used to teach year 7 up to year 13 (prepared students for the English baccaleauréat, which is the equivalent of the A-levels in the UK).
My classes will focus on :
- English comprehension (listening and reading)
- English speaking
- Practice and grammar
