About Luca
My name is Luca.
I am a qualified Chef and Health Coach based in Perth, Australia, with over a decade of experience in professional kitchens and a background in Childcare Education. I qualified as a Health Coach in 2016 and have since worked with families and men on health, lifestyle, and fertility.
The result I am most proud of is helping a seven-year-old girl regress a chalazion to full disappearance through diet alone, removing processed food and introducing daily intentional cooking. Seven months later, the surgery that had been scheduled was no longer needed, and follow-up imaging confirmed the inflammation had cleared even beneath the skin.
That case cemented everything I believed about food as medicine.
In the years since, I have gone deeper into nutrition and naturopathy through books, medical courses, and masterclasses, consistently applying what I learn to my own body and my clients.
From helping people restore their health through targeted protocols to building over three kilos of lean muscle on a fully vegan diet in six months, my approach is always rooted in understanding the unique body in front of me and working with it, not against it.

Food is information, and knowing how to use it changes everything.
My lessons are built around understanding how what you eat interacts with your body, what habits and practices bring you back to optimal health, and how Ayurveda and nutrition principles help us tailor everything to your specific constitution.
Breathing techniques and meditation complete the picture, giving you a connected and practical skillset. I can also teach you the basics of cooking so that healthy food becomes something you genuinely enjoy making.
