About Laura

I'm an experienced personal training who is qualifie as Gym Instructor level 2 and Personal Training level 3.
My passion for fitness started when I was very young, and had to overcome some heath issues caused by weight loss. Training didn't only changed my weight, but also helped me to gain confidence, solve my health issues and feel more energetic. It improved my everyday life, and still does that!

About the lesson

My mission is to help people to feel comfortable in their own body, finding the right balance that allow us to be functional and feel good. My aim is not to tell you what to do, but to address barriers that have been stopping you to achieve goals, maximising the result. Training programmes provided by Laura are tailored to achieve you goals, lifestyle and overcome your barriers and obstacles.
