About Louie
I am a qualified Personal Trainer based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Health and fitness helped me in life a lot. I think it is very important to feel and look as good as you possibly can, as it not only works wonders for your physical health but your mental health too. I strongly believe that breaking through physical barriers teaches the mind to overcome mental barriers that we all may go through in day-to-day life and i love helping people become the best versions of themselves.

I like to see my job as similar to a driving instructor. I show you what to do and after a few weeks/months of working with me, you're fully capable and knowledgable enough to continue by yourself.
Firstly, we will discuss your goals, either face-to-face or over a call and also determine if 1-2-1 in-person sessions would be more suitable or if online coaching is something you would be interested in. It is also an option to discuss a hybrid coaching model which is both.
My 1-2-1 sessions will typically last 1 hour, of course, there is an option to book longer sessions if it is needed. Online coaching is arranged on a month-to-month basis.
I help all people from all walks of life, however, I do have the most knowledge and experience helping people build muscle and lose body fat as building muscle is what I'm most passionate about.
