About Greta
I am a qualified Pilates instructor and professional dancer, holding degrees in both Pilates and Dance. My training has given me a deep understanding of the body and of the essential connection between movement and overall well-being. As a professional dancer myself, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative Pilates can be—supporting strength, flexibility, balance, and injury prevention.

Greta is a fantastic instructor. She knows how to explain the exercises effectively, which for Pilates is particularly important given the added need to ensure you are actually using the right muscle groups in the moment. She clearly cares about her students and is invested in their progress, taking the time to discuss and plan what will work for them going forwards. I would highly recommend her.
