About Jean-Pascal
Professional ballet dancer in Monaco and Germany. Moved to London to teach Ballet and I discovered Pilates method. I trained with Alan Herdman and qualified in July 2008. I started teaching in September 2008 mainly in remedial Pilates with experience in reformer session in different places. In 2023, I qualified as a holistic and sports level 3 massage therapist. In 2025, I certified as on-site chair massage, in 2026 as sports level 4 massage therapist and studying level 5 sports massage now

Offering a variety of Pilates sessions individual and dual from beginners to advanced level and in remedial . The session is tailored to your specific needs. Session is 1 hour length on line or in person only if you are based in zone 1 and 2 plus NW London. You just need a mat andI bring elastic band.
