About Catherine
I love teaching as it is a chance to provide new knowledge to someone which might influence their own life journeys. Teaching children to read, write, numerical literacy and even swimming have all been very rewarding for me. And teaching environmental science has always been incredibly important to me, to both share how beautiful our world is and how and why we should protect it.

Lessons would average from 30 - 60 mins online, depending on the subject matter. I am able to tutor in any area needed at a primary school level (ages 6 - 11). I also have a lot of experience essay writing and would be happy to help with essential essay writing skills and essay read throughs.
I have three university degrees, a B.A (hons) in Music, a PGCE in Primary Education, and a M.Sc. in Endangered Species Recovery and Conservation. I have 3 years experience working as an educator, including working as a class teacher and an education officer at Edinburgh Zoo. I have most recently been working as a Conservationist for a UK Charity.
